ice wide shut
Once in a while, the suburb turns into an icy spectacle. Here's a frosty postcard from Sollentuna.

at 1st glance it looks sepia, not icy at all. ^0^
like the title though...
Snow and ice in unexpected quantities tends to shut down the city so, yes, I figured it did make some sense...
It was a sepia kind of night.
The colors are eerie. Very cool photo, but glad I wasn't there!
Nice! Some snowy nights are sepia, or yellowy, aren't they?
It looks as though there is a crashed bus on the other side of the hedge.
Yikes! Not for me. Been there, done that!
You spelled "turquoise" correctly. Blue-green would work, too.
Have a great week!
Wish I was there, I love snow :-)
Looks frosty out there. The night sky is the same here too; everything comes out looking like sepia.
Kids tend to love this. Grown-ups find lots of woes and difficulties, as usual.
Halcyon: I never thought about it as eerie but I see what you mean.
cieldequimper: They most certainly are. Not my favourite light exactly but... well, interesting.
Gerald: Not to worry. More like a garden shed in fact.
Jacob: And, following that, a great weekend.
Tinsie: Now that's the spirit!
JM: My fingers didn't agree but now I do.
Andreea: So we've clearly got ourselves a sepia trend then.
Thanks everyone.
