daily photo theme day: no, you cannot walk here

I don't know if we can make a 'no' more clear than this. A large no pedestrian sign, a yellow information sign saying - in Swedish and English - that the footpath is closed (and why) and that you can be punished in accordance with Swedish law if you proceed, writing in yellow and red on the asphalt saying "NB! Bicycles only. No pedestrians!" A few meters behind my back is a blue sign saying "Pedestrians are requested to use the footpath on the other side of the bridge." So, he asked, where do we find the pedestrians?
