partial eclipse
Another one of them less-than-discreet Viking ferries glides past Nacka strand. Don't adjust your sets, the evening sky will reappear in a moment.

That's a ferry?! Wow.
I love the gunmetal shades of this photo!
Wow! Awesome shot! Were you on another boat to capture this?
Paz
Ja, det ser verkligt absurt ut när det där monstret till båt glider in i det inte mycket bredare sundet mot Stadsgårdskajen (heter det väl?)...! Cool bild, solstrålarna i bakgrunden understryker verkligen storleken!
My favourite image today form the cities. Outsatnding shot, fautless.
stunning visual!
As Paz said "Awesome"!
It's called a ferry, Hilda. To me it's more like a gigantic hotel-gone-to-sea. Remember the film The Meaning of Life? When the insurance company office building is turned into a pirate ship and sails away through the city. That kind of feeling. Doesn't quite seem to belong out there...
Paz: No, I was safely on shore together with the rest of the team just a few steps from where Bernt shot this pearl.
himmelochord: Jag väntade på att hela båten skulle glida in snyggt i bilden och insåg till sist att den inte skulle få plats! ;)
Thanks, babooshka.
magiceye: It's all about the sun here. Imagine the same shot on a cloudy day. No, on second thought - don't imagine that.
Coltrane_lives: Appreciate that.
