forgotten Christmas decoration?

It almost looks that way. This oversized "Christmas decoration" is hanging from the ceiling of the orangery at Bergian Garden.

Some shopping malls use balls like this to hide video cameras that focus on the activity in the mall. Maybe this is one of those.
