the sauna
After a warm and relaxing sauna you just jump into the sea. If there isn't ice 'cause then you have to make a hole first. This sauna can be found in Åkersberga.

wow!! a sauna and jump into the sea! I like it a lot!!
Do you really go from the hot sauna into the icy water?
Meg: We'll let Stefan elaborate on that but I certainly wouldn't... :)
Nice photograph and what a jump into the water would be.

Meg: Yes, it's great! But I don't stay in the water more than a few seconds when it's ice cold. Actually your feets get cold first, it's them who are in contact with the cold brigde...
I have heard about the sauna and ice bath that Swedish people love.
I have never done it before. Would love to try it one day.
Also, I would love to soak in a natural termal spring in Japan.
