Friskis means healthy? What a great word! :-) I'll just enjoy the name and looking at the healthy people while I sit at my lapton in my sedentary lifestyle. Hehe!

Awesome photo! The shadows are stretched long and lean to give the photo a completely different look that I would have expected.
