Is he doing this at night?
You need to talk to him. Explain that you're a photographer and you're working at night, too, and that could be a little more considerate and cooperative.
Or, you could just bribe him!
Hi VP. The sun rises at 8.00 and sets at 15.07...
@Vogon and Per: I think this is sometime between seven and eight in the evening. If the sun sets at three in the afternoon, this is at least four hours after that. Technically speaking I think that qualifies as night.
