Whoa - interesting. Like a building with holes in it. I assume that is a covered walkway around the top and when I saw it I thought no, the snow doesn't get that high!

Yes, it's a block of flats. If I hadn't been so freezing cold I would have looked around a bit. Ah well, something to do when it gets warmer.
