Yes, they are building a house on what used to be a park and people were a bit upset. On the other hand, the park was small and dark and there's a huge open park just next door.

Hornsplan, the intersection of Hornsgatan and Långholmsgatan at Hornstull.
Not a great idea anyway...
People who already have a place to live are always upset when other people will get a chance to get a new home, go figure.
