That's a great allegory of past and present. All you need now is a plane flying above.
The past is still and the present runs away.
Wow! This is fantastic!
It could be Rome!Lena Johansson
That's pretty cool... a museum inside the subway. I like this picture too. The movement is great and that archway over the tunnel has a lot of detail.
there's modern and classic combine,it's still and moving at the same time.gr8 piece. ^0^
Only two minutes from Subway Central, the next station.cieldequimper: Naww, they're better off grounded! :)VP: Ain't no stopping the present?JM: My favourite venue for this kind of shot is Rome where trams criss-cross among aqueducts and what-not.Lena Johansson: You're making my point, Lena! :)Halcyon: It's not a real museum of course but one can learn a lot from signs and artifacts down here.arabesque: Many thanks.Appreciate your stopping by, folks.Tomorrow it's about time to go checking out the old garden! Join us for that.
You sure caught the essence of "rushing." Well done. Re your comment on Ocala DP: You mean you don't have palm trees in downtown Stockholm? Sheesh! Guess I'll have to stay in Florida after all!
This subway car model C20will peak about 90km/h. As far as rushing in the subway is concerned, that's plenty. Thanks, Jacob.
Fabulously shot - it almost looks solid!
Too close for comfort, in fact. Thanks, Tinsie.
