encounters in Solna
Any subway network worth its salt will have a serious control tower. I may have read to much sci-fi but the entire complex looks rather alien, don't you agree?

Looks more like a small airport control centre than a subway centre. I kind of like it, but I agree with Ciel...
Hey, we don't even have subways, so I'll take anything I can get!
Looks like something built in the 60s or 70s that was thought to be "ultra-modern" at the time, but hasn't aged well.
Beneath all of this is a fascinating station we've visited several times before.

I do like seeing the "above ground" views of the undergrounds you show us so often.
You are right but I also agree with Ciel. Anyway it's a very cool piece of architecture.
erm, a bit deconstructive to me, i like it actually. ^0^
Those working in the "tower" can commute smoothly to their jobs, right above the station.
