One of the Royal Guards keeping an eye on things - and on people.
The Royal Guards are responsible, with the police and palace authorities, for guarding The Royal Palace of Stockholm and Drottningholm Palace. They are also part of the defence force of the centre of Stockholm. When guard duties are required, The Royal Guards act as honorary guard to HM the King.

He looks rather young for such a daunting task. And I doubt he could do much about an all-out assault on HM...
But he is a striking figure! And I didn't even know such a thing existed in Sweden.
This he is actually a she. :o)
