gone sailing

Summer is in full swing in this Nordic capital and everyone with a boat is out sailing. Those who stay behind working can enjoy, well not sailing but a boat anyway, at Fridhemsplan underground station. The cleaners supply all the water. After that we go into tunnel vision on the red subway line.

A good example of all the artwork in our subway system. Could have been a marvellous place, hadn’t it been for those vandals.

Say what's the cost of your typical sailboat subway ticket these days? Is it better to go weekly or monthly? ;-)

BTW--LOL on the transparent spamscraper yesterday! Yours is a fun blog to visit. Later!

Red sails! I saw them first at the Arradon blog, then actually noticed a few around the lakes in CH. I wonder if there's a special story.

Z: Red sails in the sunset - classic song recorded by Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole and The Platters among others. Listen to it here (rm)! I'm sure it made the charts i CH as well.

Coltrane: I'd go for monthly. I mean, whats the use of sailing merely a week or so?

Per: Ah c'mon, you already think it's a marvellous place.
