Beautiful-looking church. I'm glad they were able to rebuild it after the fires. Now, what's up with the fires. I guess someone needs to be more careful?
Paz
It's very pretty. And it certainly looks much older.
It is something very special with this church, a meetingplace for people all around Stockholm already thirty years ago, I remember the fire, it was a chock.
I love this church! When I went it was cloudy and wet so I don't have any pictures of it - this one's really nice :-)
Paz, I'm afraid it was a case of arson the last time around.
Halcyon: They did put in a lot of effort into restoring it of course.
Lena: I didn't know about the special character of Katarina, thanks for telling us.
Tinsie: I got a bit of help from the evening sun! :)
Thanks all, I think we'll have another photo from Catherine one of these days.
That is AWFUL! Who would intentionally set a church, all places, on fire? Did they catch the arsonist?
Paz (intrigued)
I'm afraid it does happen, Paz. However, in this case I was probably wrong. Did a bit of fact checking (better late than never) and the cause appears to have been technical problems with the electrical wiring.
