75 meter long, 11 meter wide and with 280 beds, the af Chapman is not exactly your average youth hostel. However, some of the romance fades at this gate. Code lock is one thing but does it have to resemble a fortress?

It looks like it's only at the dock, not in the ship, at least. I guess they need to protect the young ones.

If I were spending a night here I might in fact appreciate the idea that not just anyone could decide to drop in during the night.

Nope, no tripod involved. However, the camera did rest on some kind of surface, don't remember what it was. Thanks, humanobserver.
