a very well polished geyser

text & photo: Jennifer Hallqvist

Yellowish little men on a grey day replaced by black silhouettes and dewy air in front of a backlit glass structure now spewing water like a very well polished geyser.

I'm delighted that you like my photo. I pass this structure (which I like to call Torgståndet) every day and somehow this was when I really noticed it, backlit and all...

Real good shot, Jennifer. A familiar sight in - literally - new light. Such is our mission here on pixels and you did it so well.

It's almost unreal. It reminds me of illustrations architects use when they want to show us their bright new future. Spectacular shot Jennifer!
