Maria mountain

Mariaberget - Maria mountain - and the façades of Mariahissen and Laurinska house seen from Söder Mälarstrand. The mountain is approximately 50 meters high and part of south central Södermalm. If you have heard of Stieg Larsson's The Millennium-trilogy, this is where the good guys and girls live their lives.

A mountain? This is quite interesting, I don't know this trilogy. Is it any good?

this would be quite the hike! wow . I am glad you are enjoying the photos of the magnificent condors, slot canyon, plants, and Cliffs on my site. Golden eagles would be cool to see Thanks for your comments! I am learning a lot and trying to become a better photographer.

VP: Whether the Millennium-trilogy is any good would certainly depend on who you ask. But let's just say it's commercially fantastic, and already translated into several languages, as far as I'm told. (Not sure about Vogon, though...) ;o)

Personally this is another white spot on the map. Maria-hissen? I know Katarina-hissen, but Maria-dito...? Right. I need to head south one of these days, that's for sure...!

Amici italiani! Questi sono i romanzi di Stieg Larsson: 1. Uomini che odiano le donne, 2. La ragazza che giocava con il fuoco, 3. La regina dei castelli di carta.
I haven't read them yet, but the two films are great I think. A third film will come.
