looking for food
...is this (somewhat different) feathered squad (to steal Per's expression). I've been observing them for a few days, eagerly waiting for some blue sky. These are Bohemian Waxwings.

Thank you Bernt, what a suprise! They are my favourite birds and I have not seen any of them yet this winter.
They are most nice and beautiful birds coming to us near Stockholm during autumn and winter.
Sometimes they get drunk eating berries with natural alcohol.

Oh! I like these members of the feather squad. They're pretty!!
Lena(Tomas): I like them too, but as you say, not to common. I had a shot last year at them, when I made a surprise visit at Hågelby Gård, to have some food. There was a whole lot of them there. I got some nice pictures as well, but didn't get quite as close as I would have liked.
Pia K: Thanks
Alexander: Shame on you, where are your thoughts ;-)
Halcyon: Oh, yes, indeed.
Bernt!
Idag såg jag några sidensvansar i Vårby Gård nära Mälaren! Äntligen!
Kul Lena. Jag trodde de hade ätit upp vad som finns att äta redan?
Och SJU stycken satt i ett träd vid busstationen vid Tumba sjukhem, Samaritvägen, i morse!
