City hall. There is an elevator but it will only bring you halfway.
In the summers people practice qigong twice a week in
Kungsträdgården (King's Garden). I sat for half an hour just watching and was really relaxed after that - so qigong works!

On the other hand, it might just be the opposite. Who knows? A stair is actually the only thing going both ways at the same time. This one is leading to
Nacka Strand and eventually towards
this.
Riddarholmen (The Knights' Islet) is Stockholm's smallest district. In 2004 only two persons lived there. Still, it is an important
islet with many important judicial institutions, for instance Svea Court of appeal. In the year 1270 the King Magnus Ladulås donated money for an Order of Friars Minor (Franciscans) monastery. Parts of that monastery are still preserved in the Riddarholmen church right at the center of this photo.
