inside city hall
Not particularly friendly for a wheelchair or some crutches. It's narrow and winding. One of all the stairs that you have to pass to reach the top of City hall. There is an elevator but it will only bring you halfway.Stadshuset (map) 6 June 2008 | others bloggar technorati

I would get halfway then! :) It looks really nice, I like these old staircases although they're hard to walk.
