Qigong in King's Garden

In the summers people practice qigong twice a week in Kungsträdgården (King's Garden). I sat for half an hour just watching and was really relaxed after that - so qigong works!

I used to practise qigong for a couple of years once a week, though a version where one had to stand completely still and don't move ones legs for about one hour.

Even if one did get the hang of it after a while it was just so completely tiresome not to involve the whole body but just the torso and arms.

Nah, not really my thing, even if the idea of slowing down both body and mind is great.

Recently I attended Qigong session by a monk. He also included Laughing Qigong to make us de-stress and that was really good! Love it!
