Especially now, when the kids are home from school and parents can take some time off from work thanks to the holidays, it can sometimes be a bit crowded here. There is something special with people skating round and round and ... to music. Care to listen?

There's a lot of commercial hoopla going on in this park throughout the year so this is a real nice contrast. Simple, traditional ice skating with few if any sponsors to be seen.
From my destination for the moment this is something very strange to have ice and iceskating. Here in Amalfi we pick lemons and flowers and there has been four real summerdays. The Christmasfeelings come when it is dark outside. I do not long for skating just today, but soon I am back and will skate somewhere in Stockholm.
I imagine lots of people come skating on a date and make some wonderful memories.
