...previously on pixelsImagine a life without electric light. December in Sweden wouldn't exactly be a hit, that much is certain. Here's a view of central Sollentuna on the Sunday before Christmas. Bus station in the foreground, behind it the commuter train station and top right is a new courthouse being constructed.

Sometimes artificial lights look even better at twilight and I think this is the case. Great shot!
The lighting here adds a surreal feel to the image.
I was standing on a bridge and this photo turned out better than I had expected.

JM: Thanks. The architecture around this place has been rather miserable so let's hope Sollentuna can have a face lift from all this construction going on. We'll stop by again and check how things are developing.
Babooshka: The white balance could be a bit off but I don't mind in this case!

Purple sky and purple snow and the buildings aglow - very pretty.
