This particular piece of architecture has been referred to as stalinist so it was rather surprising to find an interesting angle. I suppose they're always there for us to notice.

JM: Thanks! Well, as long as the process is fairly transparent and controlled through free elections, I'm all for it...

humanobserver: This was the darkest day of the year. I'm glad that's been ticked off for now.

Halcyon: Or to keep the politicians' husbands busy! ;) 29 out of 61 members of the municipal council are in fact women.
