The sports complex Eriksdalsbadet is popular with photographers. For good reasons. See what they've done. So I had to give it a go as well.

Really spectacular photo. I've enjoyed browsing many previous posts. Amazing aerial views.
This is such a beautiful shot.
There are some very good shots of that fantastic building, but yours is my favourite!
Jag visste inte att det är så vackert...
I like any building that's red!
I like your perspective. The angle presents some striking views.
God Morgon! I do have to say that I like your perspective best on this building and how the light hits it...
Architect Björn Thyberger created this modern swimming complex which opened in 1999.
Tash: Glad you enjoy the mix. Some days high-flying and sometimes a bit more down to earth.
Laurie: Thanks!
JM: Day shots and night shots are so different that there's not much point comparing. Let's just enjoy the diversity.
Lena Johansson: Det visste inte jag heller men solen hade en överraskning i beredskap...
Halcyon: And they go well with the night sky... ;)
Coltrane_lives: Unfortunately it's not half as interesting on the inside. Then again, as we cannot snap photos there anyhow, all the more reason to concentrate on the exterior.
God kväll, Carrie Hayes! Appreciate your Swedish greetings. You're so right about that light. This was once again something entirely different from what I was trying to snap. I spent some time admiring the building from the opposite direction, then started walking and just happened to turn around at the very moment when the last rays of sunlight hit that wall. It was a matter of seconds. Half a minute later this view was no more. Good old luck, what would I do without it?
Thanks all for commenting.
Great shot and beautiful building! What a marvellous combination!
