shopping village

Stockholm Quality Outlet, a factory outlet with 55 shops in Barkarby some twenty kilometers west of Stockholm city. Ikea was first on the ground and then came the outlet and then everything went completely wild with shopping hangars everywhere you look. Well, people enjoy it and shopping makes the world go round. Or does it?

The media would like you to think that shopping makes the world go round. But I don't subscribe to that idea.
I guess we, here in the US, are finding out whether shopping makes the world go round. I rather hope not. We always have the sky, whatever happens, as your photo shows. (Unless we get stuck in yesterday's tunnel.)
Here's a sky with lots of drama. I imagine this summarizes how a shop owner might feel these days with sales dropping and lots of talk about a crisis.
A nice night shot....
