assorted vitamins from Hötorget

Here's a young artist at work. A fruit basket is being composed at Hötorget ("the Haymarket").

Cool shot! I wonder if he squeezed some strawberries in there!

There's nothing better than a fruit basket! My husband always arranges our fruit purchases on the table. He's more artistic than I am. :)

Yummy! I'm assuming he's working there, putting this together as an enticement to buy more?

Looks tasty, doesn't it?

Vogon Poet: Thanks. It was too colorful a motif to resist.

cieldequimper: Probably not. I like strawberries but I don't remember finding them in local fruit baskets.

Halcyon: Must be great to have such artistry available for your domestic fruit consumption! I'm also more of a consumer with limited artistic ambitions...

Jacob: Yes, I'm sure he's working there but my guess is that he's preparing a delivery to a local office. Then again, that could also be regarded as an enticement to buy more - when the employees leave their office and just by accident pass Hötorget on their way home...

Thanks for pausing to admire our vitamins!

Härliga frukter och fruktfärger. Jag har inte låtit mig skrämmas av knasiga fruktskriverier senaste tiden, jag tror att frukt är väldigt hälsosamt att äta!

In the new the other day. A woman who used a square meter too much on the square was kicked out after working there for some 25 years.

I suppose most of the stuff on sale here is imported. So what's good to eat hasn't necessarily been good for the planet in terms of transportation.

Tinsie: That's an interesting thought. I wonder whether folks in this particular business are more interested in the aesthetics of their workplace. A feast for the eyes, most of the time.

Lena Johansson: Jag tror nog också frukt är nyttigt i rimliga proportioner. Bäst såklart från egen odling så har man lite koll på vilka "tillsatser" de utsatts för.

Steffe: I missed that news story. There's probably a history behind it but it does sound strange.

Thanks all!
