I think you coul find this type of building, elegant but no frills, in many places of Europe, probably built in the same period.
What captures my attention in a stately fashion is that shining Forsythia.
I was not saying that the building in itself was not interesting, sorry for giving this impression.
The real meaning of what I wrote was that it is (to me) interesting to spot similarities in ordinary buildings in so different parts of the continent, and your image confirmed this.
I like the idea that this could be France, northern Italy or Poland and it is Sweden.
