Nice picture. I hope people didn't think you're weird. I think people around here always think I'm strange taking pictures of churches and whatnot.

I would love to be walking down the streets of Stockholm right now. I think today is going to be a long one.

Great capture! Love the light and the contrast with the blurry background.

Regarding your comment, Per, I don't know about tile restauration, but those you see on the garden/park benches I've been posting, never had anything of the kind, they are simply resisting weather conditions for about two and a half centuries. Tiles have to be painted before getting that shiny layer. I really don't know which fase they go to oven to be 'cooked'... shame on me! :-)

The only thing I regret about this photo is that - quite as usual - I was aiming for something entirely different. These nice youngsters simply chose to walk into my line of sight and then I needed an embarrassingly long moment to refocus and get a grip on the situation. Fortunately, they were in no hurry!

Steffe: Yes, a green Mr Walker seems to approve.

cieldequimper: A personal style, it seems.

Pia K: Thanks. Her hair in that generous sunlight was (and is) stunning.

Halcyon: Hope you'll find an opportunity to stroll around our streets before long. And do let us know if that happens!

Regarding your question, there are so many people taking photos in a city like ours so it's no big deal really. As you know I've spent most of my time snapping churches and whatnot, just like you, but now that I'm beginning to explore the street scene I find it very important to do this with respect and compassion for those who happen to pass in front of my lens.

Vogon Poet: They looked real nice from all angles.

Hyde DP: I usually don't walk around regretting that I'm not young anymore but this kind of moment did stir a bit of envy... ;)

JM: Thanks! The afternoon sun couldn't help but noticing them either...

Snapper: Appreciate that!

Thanks all for pausing to share this tender moment with us.

Lovely shot. I love the colour of the girl's hair. Sometimes I wish I had hair like that :-)

Can't remember the last time I remained waiting at a pedestrian crossing although Mr Walker had turned green. We're in too much of a hurry most of the time.

Jacob: Sort of an irresistible thought, isn't it!

Tinsie: Glad you like it. Sometimes I wish I had hair at all... ;)

Again, thanks everyone.
