God Morgon!! What is west on this road? I like the blue on the building in the back ground!

I really don't know. Maybe the name simply comes from that the road is in a east/west direction (which I don't know if it is). The place is also situated westish of Stockholm.
That blue is some plastic railing or protection commonly used in construction works. I agree it would be nice with some blue on buildings.
