It’s a nice terrace but it’s rarely used. The Opera closes in the summer and very few would like to spend any time out here during the winter. Which basically leaves us with May and September. Also, the traffic beneath doesn’t contribute a lot to the romantic atmosphere...
You left out the information about what performance you attended...
It sounds like a shame that the terrace is closed in the summer.
Z: That’s right, the only clue I left was the “Stravinsky” tag. Actually it was “The Rake’s Progress” (or “Rucklarens Väg” in Swedish). The opera got mediocre reviews but I enjoyed it a lot more than some other stuff I’ve seen on that very stage.
