high raised flats pile people one on top of another.. and the house people live side by side.. its not good to live on top of each other but it is good to live side by side!inspired07
I think most neighbours are good people so you can get along pretty well regardless of whether they’re on top of you or beside you. I rented a small cottage in the wilderness a couple of years ago to enjoy absolute silence and soon found out that I shared it with a couple of busy rats who had no intention of staying silent at night. So you never know! :)
