Vällingby has got a floating roof and Kista a leaning tower. That don’t impress the good folks in Tensta. They’ve got an entire shopping mall slightly tilted with respect to the plane of commerce. .

I can't get a sense for the tilt from this photo. Especially since you almost always play with perspective and alignment anyway!
:) I guess you could say that the tilt is exclusively in the eye of the beholder. Or in this case the photographer.
