The tower of Hedvig Eleonora Church at Östermalm Square. The church was consecrated in 1737 and is named after the Swedish Queen Hedvig Eleonora (1636-1715), wife of King Charles X of Sweden.

That church is a great building. I have read a book in the garden there a few times.
Impressive dome, I like the effect diagonal contrail in the sky.
Looks like a plane just took off, it adds to the photo! The dome is superb. Are you going to take us inside?
