I am a library-lover!
Libraries are great and now you have choice between books or screen.
One of the best places on earth!
I'm sure she was looking at your blog Per.
The lady on the internet looks very concentrated.
PS: The birdcam is back on. But I'm still working on a new feeder set-up. I bought one of those "squirrel-proof" thingies. I hope it works!
Their offering free Internet access for 30 minutes is a popular service, in particular during the tourist season.
Lena Johansson: So am I!
Vogon Poet: Much to the delight of temporary visitors to the city.
B Squared: Hard to disagree.
Steffe: As a matter of fact this was a guy lurking behind the computer screen.
Halcyon: He was very focused and that's part of what I like about this photo. Different stories, taking place independently.
Thanks all for celebrating our libraries.
I hadn't been to a library in years and then decided to stop in at the Marion County library in Ocala...I was amazed - so many great programs for all ages!
Excellent slice of library life. I don't go to libraries as I read mainly in English and German, rarely in French. Go find books in other languages at my local library...
I love the library! Great shot!
Paz
I wonder how they keep track of the minutes to prevent any visitor from continually occupying a computer after his 30 minutes of free Internet access.
Jacob: That's one of the great things about libraries. They are still there for us even when we've neglected them for a while.
cieldequimper: Ah, the local library has a tendency to support the local tounge. That's a tough one.
Paz: Thanks.
Good to have you all stopping by.
